Raised in a third-generation entrepreneurial family, he built a 25-year international executive career as CFO and CEO, leading strategic growth, transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change across Europe and Asia. Throughout his career, he learned that sustainable success rarely comes from having the right answers. It comes from asking better questions and seeing challenges from angles others overlook.

He is also an executive leadership coach, helping founders, CEOs, and senior executives expand the quality of their thinking and leadership.
